Product irregularity strength of graphs
نویسنده
چکیده
Consider a simple graph G with no isolated edges and at most one isolated vertex. A labeling w : E(G) → {1, 2, . . . ,m} is called product-irregular, if all product degrees pdG(v) = ∏ e3v w(e) are distinct. The goal is to obtain a product-irregular labeling that minimizes the maximum label. This minimum value is called the product irregularity strength. The analogous concept of irregularity strength, with sums in place of products, has been introduced by Chartrand et al. and investigated by numerous authors.

Total vertex irregularity strength of corona product of some graphs
A vertex irregular total k-labeling of a graph G with vertex set V and edge set E is an assignment of positive integer labels {1, 2, ..., k} to both vertices and edges so that the weights calculated at vertices are distinct. The total vertex irregularity strength of G, denoted by tvs(G)is the minimum value of the largest label k over all such irregular assignment. In this paper, we study the to...

Let G=(V(G),E(G)) be a connected simple undirected graph with non empty vertex set V(G) and edge set E(G). For a positive integer k, by an edge irregular total k-labeling we mean a function f : V(G)UE(G) --> {1,2,...,k} such that for each two edges ab and cd, it follows that f(a)+f(ab)+f(b) is different from f(c)+f(cd)+f(d), i.e. every two edges have distinct weights. The minimum k for which G ...
متن کاملA note on vague graphs
In this paper, we introduce the notions of product vague graph, balanced product vague graph, irregularity and total irregularity of any irregular vague graphs and some results are presented. Also, density and balanced irregular vague graphs are discussed and some of their properties are established. Finally we give an application of vague digraphs.
متن کاملOn The Edge Irregularity Strength Of Corona Product Of Graphs With Paths∗
For a simple graph G, a vertex labeling φ : V (G) → {1, 2, · · · , k} is called k-labeling. The weight of an edge xy in G, denoted by wπ(xy), is the sum of the labels of end vertices x and y, i.e. wφ(xy) = φ(x) + φ(y). A vertex k-labeling is defined to be an edge irregular k-labeling of the graph G if for every two different edges e and f , there is wφ(e) 6= wφ(f). The minimum k for which the g...
متن کاملTotal Edge Irregularity Strength of Strong Product of Cycles and Paths
An irregular assignment is a k -labeling of the edges : {1, 2, , } f E k → ... such that the vertex weights (label sums of edges incident with the vertex) are different for all vertices of G . The smallest k for which there is an irregular assignment is the irregularity strength. The notion of irregularity strength was introduced by Chartrand et al. [8] and studied by numerous authors, see [6,1...
